SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS with standard delivery times of 3-7 business days within the United States.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement on business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends. International shipping to Canada is available with delivery times varying by destination.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Domestic (US): 30-day free returns and exchanges for unused items in original packaging. Start your return at lovelyus.com/account or email support@lovelyus.com.
International: 30-day returns and exchanges accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Defective items qualify for free replacement. Sale items, used items, or those missing packaging may only qualify for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Processing: Refunds or store credit typically processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
