Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends. International shipping to Canada is available with delivery times varying by destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For U.S. orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $5 applies. International shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly through the USPS website or by logging into your account on our site to view your order status and tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order's arrival. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method. Products on sale, opened or used items, and returns missing original packaging or tags may qualify for store credit only and are not eligible for a refund. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How do I start a return or exchange?

You can start a return in two ways: (1) Use our self-serve Returns Portal by visiting lovelyus.com/account, logging in, selecting your order, and printing your prepaid return label, or (2) Email our support team at support@lovelyus.com with your order number. We'll assist you with the return process and provide instructions.

What's the difference between refunds and store credit for returns?

Unopened products in original sealed packaging with all tags are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Opened or used items, products on sale, and returns missing original packaging or tags qualify for store credit only, which can be applied to future purchases. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.

Are defective or damaged items covered?

Yes, defective or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement. Please contact us with proof of damage (photos are helpful), and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. If you received a wrong or damaged item, we'll also cover return shipping costs.

What is your international return policy?

We accept international returns and exchanges within 30 days, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method. The same eligibility requirements apply (unused, original packaging, resalable condition). Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable for international orders.
