30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order’s arrival.
Customers can start a return or exchange in two ways:

- Select Your Order: Choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- Follow the Instructions: Print your prepaid return label and drop off your package.

- Our team will assist you with the return process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Defective or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement (proof of damage required).

Products on sale, opened or used items, and returns missing original packaging or tags may qualify for store credit only and are not eligible for a refund
- Gift cards items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.

We will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned item.
