30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order’s arrival.

Customers can start a return or exchange in two ways:

  1. Self-Serve Return (Recommended):

  • Go to our Returns Portal: Visit lovelyus.com/account and log into your account.
  • Select Your Order: Choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • Follow the Instructions: Print your prepaid return label and drop off your package.

2. Email Support:

  • Contact us at support@lovelyus.com with your order number (found in your order confirmation).
  • Our team will assist you with the return process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement (proof of damage required).

  • Products on sale, opened or used items, and returns missing original packaging or tags may qualify for store credit only and are not eligible for a refund

  • Gift cards items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Refunds & Store Credit
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.

  • If you don’t receive your refund after 7 business days, contact us at support@lovelyus.com.

Exchanges
  • We will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned item.

  • Need it sooner? You can place a new order now and request a refund for the original item once we receive your return.
